So are you saying there will be no more and Central Park is dead?

PJ was never going to perform at Central Park on 9/29, they'll be busy elsewhere.

Sure hope we get the announcement soon! If PJ will be busy elsewhere, I would love to know where! :D

Ok. Let me ask another way. Are there additional shows planned this year? And is one on 9/29?

So how sure are we on this PJ thing then?

Couldn't this be just Foo Fighters all along, and someone just made a mistake thinking it would be PJ too?

Would Foo even need Pj to fill Central Park? Foo must be one of the biggest rockband and all ages listen to them.

They did that Hyde Park thing, the biggest Foo show. Maybe this is them outdoing themselves?

I bet PJ will not be there.

As far as FF shows go, Wembley Stadium was bigger than Hyde Park. Would probably be their biggest US show to date though.

I still hope this Foo/PJ thing happens. But I don't believe anything until some official source confirms it.

So maybe their info is pretty old. Maybe there was talk between Foo and PJ but it's just Foo Fighters now. :/

Or have they said something like "this is without a doubt happening, both bands - we have already started to print posters for it" ?

I am pen-pals with a beer cup that has been residing in a concession stand at AV since last year (he hopes to get consumed this summer) .....he doesn't think PJ21 will happen, even though the hot dog wrapper next to him insists it will! Not sure if the ketchup packets have a collective opinion!

Does 100 Pacer or anyone else have any official confirmation that Pearl Jam will not be a part of this. If so, please share. This is so annoying.

Hopefully it isn't the chassidic-run hotel that got taken-over by the Sopranos!

Of course not. We can't believe anything is official unless it comes from 10c, the band or the venue. Everyone can obviously make a judgment call on how credible their sources are and we can in turn choose to believe it or not.

No offense to all that have offered up information, I don't doubt your sources are credible and I'm not accusing you of intentionally deceiving anyone. I just don't think we can think anything is 100% if there hasn't been an official announcement.
