I knew there was a reason I liked you!!!!!

Ill set the scene, two weeks working away from home, making do with dodgy take away food and restaurants. Pretty cool for the first few days, but after 2 weeks, all you want is a home cooked meal by your mum; a roast dinner, or a juicy steak on the barbie, a really nice spaghetti bolognese, SOMETHING.

But what do I get after 2 weeks away???? After salivating for the whole 2 hour drive thinking of what mum might have cooked up for her favourite son (jury still out on that one).....

SHE MAKES A FRICKEN QUICHE!!!!!! And she cant understand why i got upset!

(I feel like Elaine from Seinfeld with all the exclamation points.)

A tip for the ladies, when your man (or when you have kids and they get older) has been working away from home for a while, leave the quiche where it belongs, the supermarket, and put some effort in by sticking a roast in the oven with some potatoes, microwave some veggies, play his (or your) favourite Pearl Jam song on his arrival (on topic), and if it is the hubby this applies to, some love making after dinner is mandatory.

    Good Day

    I said Good Day!

Quiche is great....mmmmm, wish I had some now!

Do you dislike it because of the flavour or is it more because it is a light meal and doesn't fill you up for hours and hours?

Ever since Pappas posted that bloody message this morning, I've had Gone stuck in my head....not that that's such a bad thing....but I really do need a new song because I'm going crazy. Oh fuck, the first one I just thought of was Push It by Salt N Pepa. Arrrghhh!!!! **bangs head on desk**

Dont get me wrong, ive been known to have mum's quiche before, but after 2 weeks of shitty take away and restaurant food, all I wanted was mum's baked dinner :)

In conclusion (its an essay now) the quiche was the wrong meal served given information stated above. Ill take a quiche on Sunday night, but some situations call for a baked dinner, and i felt that was such a situation.

When I come up for the Brissy shows, you, me and leigh will discuss quiches in more details :D

Oh yeah, PEARL JAM FUCKEN ROCKS!!!!!!!

    (Just 1 GA show.... no?)

Its my least favourite on the avo but besides LW and WWS I suppose its the next one that may please the masses.
Lets see if it gets any airplay.

Sorry to be the one to break it to you, but your kids are SCREWED!!! No chance for them.

Ahhhh....I want the time to go faster until PJ....but then again I don't because then there will be NO PJ for another few years. I wonder if any of us will still post here once the tour is gone and there are no new albums coming out?
