Don't enter me in the draw, others want those discs far more than me but I re-listened to a fan recording of one of EV's Perth shows from March last year earlier today & he says(something like): "...I can't believe we almost didn't come to Perth. I'm really grateful for your energy. So now the only people left to apologise to are New Zealand & I'm sorry & especially Christchurch so this is for them..." & he breaks into RitFW!! Sux he didn't come to NZ but nice that he mentioned us & especially the folk in Chch when it was only 1 month since their big earthquake in Feb last year at that time. There we go, just wanted to share that having heard it this morning. Good luck to all for the draw.

I think if you exercise, your state of mind - my state of mind - is usually more at ease, ready for more mental challenges. Once I get the physical stuff out of the way it always seems like I have more calmness and better self-esteem.
