The dog got a hold of someone's weed here in the house. He passed out for most of the day yesterday. There were nuggets chewed up all over the sofa. He was going gonzo for a little while, like running circles around the kitchen island for about 20 minutes. The person who weed was ate was not so happy.

    Bad Dog!!!
    but
    Happy Dog!

Odd funny thing just last night i said to my lady they should make weed legal in that we would have a more peaceful place and less angry people. Besides i believe it soothes our aches and pain as we get older...things don't seem to work so well as some of us age. :)

you are a juvenile and your posts read like one all the time as well, as if not yet fully developed. you hit submit when you should be editing your work. always you are misspelling words and often your sentences are incomplete ramblings filled with utter nonsense from the out of touch. and i am a dickhead too godfather. i don't finish sentences correctly or use correct grammer. i write poeticly in a constant. i feel bad for spanking you though. fact is, you pissed me off this morning.

Ooh, yeah! Black Uhuru! I saw these guys with Sly and Robbie on board. They opened for Talking Heads. What a fine groove! And those funny little cigarettes that were going around the room that night certainly fit the mood!

Thanks for getting that "anything you can do, I can do better" song in my head.

And thanks to the plant itself. Sunday morning wake-n-bakes are not only enjoyable, but at this particular time, necessary.

As do I....and have used that term for I don't know how long - it works, no? :P

And I'll add this too...listening to Beck's Mellow Gold on this gray foggy morning adds another wonderful level to it all.

    OK...time for everyone to chill
    godfather is our friend
    we're all friends here, right?
no need to get down on one person or another here
    accomplishes nothing

lets have a good time and see what we can do about this dilemma

One of the things I have done and that you can do also...that can make a difference, is to join your local NORML Chapter and see what you can do. Maybe you can also send some comments and "well-thought-out" communications to your reps and congress-persons. I do....one person may not make such a difference, but together...we can

chadwick..my ***friend*** :D I am not saying we all have to be *good* friends...and we don't have to like everyone...not even in a world full of puppy dogs and butterflies

    but

we can all offer a friendly hand and a little respect

the golden rule applies EVERYWHERE and that is

treat others as you would have them treat you

    yes/no?

    lecture over
    carry on :D

This post is the kind that sort of throws me back a little and gives me reason to reflect. I'm often inclined to want to be everybody's friend but I get cross if I'm put down. Either way- that's not reality. You're right, Chadwick, we're not all friends because it's not a perfect butterflies and puppies world. And I don't think we have all have to be friends to have useful discussions. Sometimes we have to respectfully disagree. The difficulty is in expressing ourselves when we feel passionately strongly about something. It can be difficult to find the balance between being untrue to our beliefs or reacting with too much anger at a post that one disagrees with. Sometimes I find myself trying too hard to placate and other times I over-react. (See 90% of my posts on global warming for example. :lol:/ :x ) Maybe that's one of the things we can all learn on AMT- how to communicate better while at the same time remaining true to our beliefs.
