Had an amazing time at the Halifax show. Better than the show I saw 2 nights before in Quebec City (still great). Had a ball at the casino right after winning near a 100 bucks.
I never thought growing up two hours away from Halifax in blueberry country I would get to see the greatest band ever play in Nova Scotia.
grew up in oxford, teflonsteve?
...and i never thought i'd see them play here either...here's to hoping we see it happen again!0 -

love those blueberries! ...yet another reason for the boys to come back0 -
yes, blueberries are full of antioxydents and therefore will prolong their lives and they'll be able to make music for many many more years!
just think ***HALIFAX 2045-The Octogenarian Tour***
oh geez, forget that! i'd rather see the boys when they are still young and fresh rather than in diapers and being held up by walkers.i. am. mine.0 -

If halifax gets the common wealth games, second biggest sporting event in the world, a new staduim will be built in Dartmouth that would seat at least 6 times the amount of people as the metro centre. The plans to the staduim look awesome and with the rolling stones concert and pearl jam concert, you can bet other bands will take advantage of this stadium.0

I haven't been able to find them online but I did see plans and conceptual drawings on both the news and in the daily news. Lately the plans have been under debate, many people believe that the staduim is too big for Halifax. If the staduim does get built it will increase the chances of any band coming to the maritimes.0 -
would anyone like to see wintersleep open for PJ this time around in halifax? i know they opened in st. john's, but it would be nice to see them open in hali...any wintersleep fans around?0

I'm going to see Wintersleep tonight! Can't wait, I'd love to see them open for Pearl Jam in Hali since I wasn't able to make the shows in NFLD last time.Lying sideways atop crumpled sheets and no covers he decides to dream. Dream up a new self. For himself.

enjoy wintersleep on the island! have you seen them before?, or will this be your first show? they put on an amazing show and the lead singer has a "young eddie vedder-esque" quality...great drummer...great musicians really..."orca" is their best i think, it's phenomenal live!0 -
