JACKSONVILLE PREPARTY, DISCOUNTED HOTEL (UPDATED 4/17)

I have contacted the OMNI downtown Jacksonville and they have given us a discount rate of $109, normally it is $169. This is a 4 star diamond hotel. Way nicer than what I am used to staying in. If you call 1-800-THE-OMNI and ask for the (EVENFLOW FAN CLUB RATE), you will get the $109 rate. Ensure it is the riverfront downtown OMNI. They will also give me link which you can do it online but that will be a few days.

    Thanks for doing all this legwork...i really wanted to do my best to help organize but have been swamped at work. I was thinking that Chicago Pizza or Fion McCools would be cool for a pre-party gathering; although I've never been to McCool's since they opened in the landing. This sounds great!

    I am going to be doing something quite similar for the Orlando show!...but we will be up in jville too for that show as well!

    Jacksonville was my home for 4 years. Love that place and seeing pics of it makes me miss it even more.

    Not being able to enter the lottery kind of hurts but I can always try through Ticketmaster. Let my membership lapse because I didn't think they would announce a show close to where we live (after not playing down here for nearly 4 years)

    Not sure if we will be able to make it to the pre-party as the wife has to work weekdays but might take off that day (or the next one or both)

    I'll be in for a pre party! This is my first win with tickets from 10C so I am more than stoked. Don't need a room though as my dad lives in Neptune beach so ill head there afterwords, unless of course it is not recommended? IE traffic or other nonsense getting back.

    very good work sir, i called the jersey girl, who does alot of travel plans for 10c. She isn't able to get here, you did great. Except for those who need to see the ocean, the downtown area is great. LOts of water, very close (walking distance) to show. Best of all, all your party favorites, well just get here, on the d low.

I took a picture of the venue from the hotel and several other pictures of the downtown area. He said they could even play PJ and Eddie music for us. There are some pictures of this also. Hope this makes things easier for outsiders coming to Jax. The hotel/jax landing/venue are all within 3 minutes of each other. Look at the pictures and hope to see everyone there.

    Just an FYI, I was just on the Omni page and they have an $80 a night deal for any retired or active military or any state, local or federal employees. You can book up to 2 rooms at that rate.

    I forgot to mention the military rate of $80. I am military also but will be driving the 8 miles back to my house or have my DD drive me home. Can't wait to see everyone.
