    THIS.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.
  • Bump for the southern states :)

So, if you could pick the one city to get a show in your state - which city would you pick and what song to open and close with?

My pick is Dallas my opening song would be Black Red Yellow - closing song would be Daughter w/Ok tag

Houston... opening with Sometimes, then straight into Breakerfall.... Dying to hear that combo, it's one of my favorite opening sequences. I think the last time they did it was in LA in 09... both songs have eluded me through 13 shows....
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

I actually want a repeat of the 10/14/00 show in Houston. Opening with Long Road then right into Breakerfall :D

I'd take that same scenario as well. I LOVE Breakerfall and have always wanted to hear it. Of course when I went to Hartford in 2008 they played it while I waited outside in the ultimate fiasco that the 10C line turned out to be. We waited outside for hours only to get to the front and realize the line distribution was totally botched. They had one line feeding all 5-6 windows and people were waiting for one instead of filling them all. What a nightmare. Missed Breakerfall, God's Dice, and All Night - all songs I've never heard. Luckily I'd already heard Can't Keep, which was the opener that night.

Anyway, I'd also take a Houston show at the Toyota Center with Oceans > Go opening and Porch > Fuckin' Up closing.

I hope not... no more Southern festivals... yes, i get it, all you bands like the easy, big payday associated with headlining a festival... but I want a Pearl Jam show in the south... not another festival... I did ACL and Jazzfest... my turn for a show with a seat, where i can more thoroughly enjoy...

    please.

    Atlanta of course.

Open with Releases. My first fav song and have been waiting forever to hear it.

Close with No Way. Funk it out right before we go home!

Release will ALWAYS be one of my favorite openers because of Alpine.

Don't know if Release would make it as an opener in Atlanta again, it won't ever be as sweet as it was at the Fox in 94.
