    Please explain to me how wiretapping terrorists in foreign countries (who are waging war against us) is a violation of the 4th amendment.

    That wouldn't be. But do you think wiretapping US citizens in this country who aren't terrorists would qualify?

    I never knew that was the line ... and kind of think you guys are hearing things. Though I guess it makes more sense than my own interpretation, which was something about Snuffleupagus, the big, drunk elephant-looking thing from Sesame Street.
