Have to take back every negative thing I said about the Giants this year. I've never seen a team so dismissed as a contender go on such a tear. Wow.

    Congrats!

p.s. I still hate your team though. ;)

People are trying to call the Giants overrated and weak. They had a bad stretch in the middle of the season and lost a couple of games they should not have, but they also lost a few games to really good teams like the Packers and 49ers and Saints. They had some injuries, and then put it all together when they had to. They beat the Cowboys twice, including the final game of the season to make it into the playoffs. Beat the Pats in Foxboro. Almost pulled out the upset against Green Bay, and gave the 9ers a good run for their money. They're a 9-7 regular season team that easily could have been 12-4. And now in the post season they held the Falcons to 2 points, gave Green Bay a good beat down, and played the 9ers as tough as they could and held on for an overtime victory. It's been a great run, and I am impressed. Let them be seen as overrated and weak. I like this position.

It's all good..it should be a captivating game but it won't be close one way or another. BTW how many times are they going to fire the coach TC then they play like this to save him?

  • Wow. We are going to the show! Say what you want about Eli but he's one of the tougher dudes I've seen. Hit 20+ times and hit hard by a ferocious 9ers D and he just got back up and fired right back. He got nailed in Green Bay too.

It's gonna be a great game. Still can't believe the GMen are in the bowl... and I would not want to play us.

Perry Fewell is going to have his hands full these next two weeks thinking of defensive packages to stop Gronk and Hernandez, while still getting pressure on Brady.

    Agreed.

They figured out the Brady attack 4 years ago. Hopefully they can do it again with this newer Pats config.

Yep, but 4 years ago was the mastermind of Steve Spagnuolo. Lets see what Perry has up his sleeve.

Not that it matters now but that first 49ers touchdown should have been called back. Vernon stepped out of bounds. Forgot to type it at the time.

I can pretty much promise the Giants are going to see a much better Brady than the Ravens did yesterday. This is going to be a fun couple weeks. Win or lose, this has been a great ride and is going to be a fun game.

The Ravens ALWAYS give Brady and the Patriots fits and i expect the same from the G-men. Tough loss from the Ravens...the second team in the NFL that I like.

Yeah, but Brady was also just off yesterday. I don't expect that to be the case next time. While the pressure can certainly give him fits, I don't expect him to be missing receivers.

Brady's going to be studying film day and night, just like Eli. This is going to be another great matchup.
