I was at the 2003 show and I remember Ed talking about how they felt shameful for not playing there since 98 and that 5 years was way too long.
Now we're going on 6 since Petty and 9 since PJ only.
Agreed...I'm thinking we haven't had a proper show for too long. I know there are lots of other areas that haven't had shows too. How great would it be for a 2003-esque U.S. tour? Sheesh...they played Fargo on that tour! (no offense Fargo). They played everywhere that year...maybe a fall 2012 US tour with...say...50 dates???

The Zoo is a cool place for shows, but my fear would be that the show would sell out too quickly and I'd miss a show in my hometown!

Agreed...I'm thinking we haven't had a proper show for too long. I know there are lots of other areas that haven't had shows too. How great would it be for a 2003-esque U.S. tour? Sheesh...they played Fargo on that tour! (no offense Fargo). They played everywhere that year...maybe a fall 2012 US tour with...say...50 dates???
