    This is worse than fighting the 10c servers. At least I would see the "buy" button every so often. This is nothing but "get in the queue asshole".

    Had it in the cart at least 6 times.

    Crowd surge will be sending out an email shortly....
    Now it all comes down to numbers, now I'm glad that I have quit

  • I'm throwing my two pence worth in and saying this should be postponed ASAP. While we're all in the same boat, I've had tickets in my cart SEVEN times over the last 3 hours only for crowdsurge to inform me I have nothing in my cart.....even though I have.
    Six years of 10C membership and this will be the 4th gig I've had to pay over £200 for on getmein.

  • This is actually ridiculous! nearly 3 hours, had tix in cart then about to pay then error msgs. I have now been in a queue for about two and a half hours never even getting past the venue list. If I can't get pre-sale tickets then why the hell am I in the ten club?? Whats the point! Please postpone this!!!

    Thanks for wasting my night, PJ. Thanks for spending your fans hard earned money on this level of service. MUCH APPRECIATED. Was going to Europe -- think I'll take my money and spend it on a band that actually cares about its fans.

    I have now been trying for 3 hours for one pair of tickets. In the old system, I never had a problem. I very rarely complain about the 10c but I thought everything was sorted out after last summers fiasco. Didn't we use Ticketmaster for the Canadian shows? what happened to that. This is almost a step backwards.

    I've never had this much problem with any sale ever...Really unfortunate. Too bad there's no communication from the 10c either. Maybe they forgot they had a Twitter and Facebook account. :?

    I'm guessing we're the issue beyond their control. Wish I knew what "shortly" means... I got stuff to do. :)
  • I couldn't log in at all from 5pm on my laptop, kept getting that guru meditation message, took a chance with the internet on my phone and had Manchester tix within 3mins. If anyone has an internet phone and has still not had any luck you may aswell try it. Maybe there's a different server for mobile internet that's not getting annihilated with traffic.

    I have tasted a night wasted & i"m never going back again.

    Complete farce,they obviously underestamated the crowdsurge for tickets,same old story.

    Harsh. I think that 10C did try, and I think they do care about their fans. The ones who wasted your night are Crowdsurge. It's their system that had the problems, it's their system that gave you tickets and then refused to let you buy them. But if you're going to blame the band/10C and not come to europe, that's your prerogative. And it means a little less strain on the system next time.

    I'm just glad that they did pull the plug, and hopefully they can find a more equitable way to organise this thing next time. A lot of people legitimately had tickets only to have them taken away. They've got to make sure that never happens again.

    At least the waiting is over for now and, well, there are tix left. but I planned my whole day around this and time is still ticking, so let's hope all the years of member ship will count...

    and by the way: have others also troubles with this page? It works slowly and posting gets confusing... sometimes posts are gone or then, in triple shown... so I slowly think my PC is done. Maybe it was to much refresh button...

    anyway, thanks, I mean it as I somehow still trust it will get o.k. soon....

    I just find it harder and harder to understand how any agency, be it TC, Ticketmaster or Crowdsurge underestimate the traffic to their site for these tickets - there's years of data now on how many people tried to get to tickets at the same time (successful & unsuccessful), so I am wondering how hard it can be to properly plan this.

    Quite honestly - if 5 minutes after the sale starts I find out that ll tickets are gone, fair enough, but I don't want to waste (now probably twice) evenings between patience and F5 panic still not getting any TC tickets.
