Guys, please - I know you tried to sort it out in our best interests, and thank you, but this is not working.

People who legitimately had tickets in their carts were not allowed to check out, even when they were well within the 15 minutes. This is so unfair on so many people.

Please call CrowdSurge and call this off. Allow those who secured tickets to keep them, but stop it now, get the glitches sorted out and reinstate the pre-sale with each show at a different time. It's the only way to do this fairly.

thanks for listening.

This is starting to really piss me off too. I had the tickets I needed in my cart and it failed during checkout. Now I am put in a neverending queue and the page is not responding.
I guess I expected problems again, but there were a small part in me that thought 10C had found an educated solution this time. Ending up with no tickets doesnt surprise me at all.

    Someone please shoot me.
    I will swallow poison

this crowdsurge is the most fucked up organization i ever had to deal with. i really have better things to do with my time than waiting 4 (!!!) TIMES in this queue, buying tickets for the stockholm show and then being told your cart is empty.
    seriously. fuck that!!!
i rather feel a little less special, wait for the general sale, put this 10c armband up my ass and get tickets in a matter of minutes...
    really pissed with this...
  • I totally agree with you. Someone should've pulled the plug at the first hint of problems. Now many of us who had tickets in our carts are going to have to go without. Looks like we'll just have to try our luck at the public sale!!

this is ridiculous... had tickets to manchester FOUR times in the cart... just to find out that they were gone by the time i tried to checkout... got home way before 5 pm so i could be done with it in a matter of minutes and i've been queuing for almost two hours now... i'm gutted, absolutely gutted.

    No disrespect but-
Will they ever get this right?
  • This is outrageous... why should we have to try our luck in the public sale?

Isn't this one of the reasons we pay to be in 10C, for access to tickets, surely 10c members should be allocated tickets first as we have paid for that privilege?

I have been logged on for nearly two hours and haven't so much as got past the list of gigs screen, when i click on book tickets if i'm lucky i get a white horizontal line appear on the screen.

Not the bands fault, but they have a duty of care to look after their loyal fans don't they?
  • I am relieved that others have the same problems I do..

I got the tix in my card and then, when I wanted to check out all was gone. It was around 2 minutes past 6 o`clock - gmt time. And since that I am in line/queu, waiting or, whenever I am on the ticket page and try to book, I see a black screen afterwards and the circle goes on...
it is very depressing to do so almost for 2 hours.

What is going on? Will it go on for much longer? I am sad now... and do not understand, especially due to the fact that I am not so good in surfing the web. The tc-ticket sale was always tough, but at least I could understand... but now, I am not familiar enough to check this, hence, I am close to desperation...

so pull the plug might be the solution, no???

and by the way: even this page works very slowly... ...so what to do what to do... :(
there is no way to peace, peace is the way!

All the shows went onsale @ the same time? Wow, they should have known better. Definitely need to spread things out.

I think purchasing shows should be restricted and that each active membership should be only allowed to purchase 1-2 shows. I know I will probably get attacked for that comment because so many on this board have a sense of entitlement, but it really is fair to do it that way. No one needs to have 10club seats to every show they attend. If you get 10club seats for a couple of shows it shouldn't be a big deal to have to acquire tickets for other shows via general onsale, this board, etc. It is OK to sit in the balcony every once in a while. By doing this is would decrease traffic levels even more and spread the love throughout the community.

On top of that, and I know this would be hard, but 10club ticket sales should even be restricted to geographic location. If you live in Europe you should have priority over US fans, or vice versa. People can contest this, but if you were trying to get tickets in your country I think you would want to have the best opportunity to secure tickets.

  • Last two hours spent refreshing getting as far as checkout to be told my tickets aren't there yet the cart says otherwise, unable to pay, timing out when tickets in basket wanting to pay, unable to connect, server loads, connections reset, Guru Meditations :( All I want is two tickets for the M.E.N. :(

I thought 10c would've learn't the lessons form earlier years and not put all the tickets on sale together :(
    Never argue with an idiot.
They will only drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Good post, and good points - well made.

    Completely agree.
  • I am struggling to figure which was worse attempting to buy pre sale directly through Ten Club or now through Crowd Surge.

I've had Manchester tickets in my cart over 25 times since 5pm GMT. Two hours I have been sat here attempting to confirm my order!
Every time I try to confirm I keep getting told my cart is empty and that time might have expired - 30 seconds after appearing in my Cart!

    What a dreadful system.

You are absolutely right... I'm on of those persons.

Can't really tell what's worse: 10C or CrowdSurge...
