    Waiting doesn't work, I kept refreshing & eventually got Manchester & Berlin in an hour.... :)

    This is worse than fighting the 10c servers. At least I would see the "buy" button every so often. This is nothing but "get in the queue asshole".

  • Agree with all of you,

    I was looking at pairs for Sweden and Denmark, and was lucky enough to see my cart had one of the pairs after 70 minutes of constantly refreshing, i also had two pairs after 1 minute, but then all hell broke loose when checking out.... Then when paying it said "connection error to server". 5 minutes later they were still in the cart and I managed to pay for it and get the "receipt"... Soon after I managed to buy for CPH, Denmark too however I feel there must have been SO MANY of you that didn't manage to pay, and all because of a lousy system!

    I feel really sorry for you, and if this has happened before 10C needs to step up and give ticket pairs to whomever asks for it, and then enlargen the 10C floor.

    Had tickets in cart 3 times but wasn't able to checkout, this is so damn sad, wait for 12 years for them to play in Sweden again and no 10C tickets.

  • This is so incredibly frustrating. Had my Berlin tickets in the cart at least 15 times during the last 2.5+ hours. Tried pretty much everything by now. Logging out and back in, different browsers, emptying the cart and starting from scratch... Nothing seems to help. My cart always ends up "empty" in the end with loads of purchase time left. If this screwed up thing worked at all I could've been out of here over 2 hrs ago. I don't even get that exited anymore once I get let in cause every time I get put back in the "queue" anyway. Guess I'll just sit here and wait until all the tickets are gone with the occasional futile attempt to buy a pair every once in a while...

    Had it in the cart at least 6 times.

    Crowd surge will be sending out an email shortly....
    Now it all comes down to numbers, now I'm glad that I have quit

  • I'm throwing my two pence worth in and saying this should be postponed ASAP. While we're all in the same boat, I've had tickets in my cart SEVEN times over the last 3 hours only for crowdsurge to inform me I have nothing in my cart.....even though I have.
    Six years of 10C membership and this will be the 4th gig I've had to pay over £200 for on getmein.

    Shocking guys.truly shocking
  • This is actually ridiculous! nearly 3 hours, had tix in cart then about to pay then error msgs. I have now been in a queue for about two and a half hours never even getting past the venue list. If I can't get pre-sale tickets then why the hell am I in the ten club?? Whats the point! Please postpone this!!!

    I have now been trying for 3 hours for one pair of tickets. In the old system, I never had a problem. I very rarely complain about the 10c but I thought everything was sorted out after last summers fiasco. Didn't we use Ticketmaster for the Canadian shows? what happened to that. This is almost a step backwards.

    I've never had this much problem with any sale ever...Really unfortunate. Too bad there's no communication from the 10c either. Maybe they forgot they had a Twitter and Facebook account. :?

  • I couldn't log in at all from 5pm on my laptop, kept getting that guru meditation message, took a chance with the internet on my phone and had Manchester tix within 3mins. If anyone has an internet phone and has still not had any luck you may aswell try it. Maybe there's a different server for mobile internet that's not getting annihilated with traffic.
