    We are "defending" until someone (not the Phillies) win the World Series. I love that Bay City Ball pointed out that it took until the last two weeks of the season to knock off an injury plagued team like the Giants.

    I've said it before and people don't believe it, but MOMENTUM wins a World Series. I hate to say it but the Cardinals look scary right now. I would love to see the Phillies get Cody Ross'd once again! CckSckrs

    The Giants lost the anchor of the offense in Buster Posey, but will be returning one of the league's best pitching staffs ... Posey back and possibly add one more bat ... this team is far from a one hit wonder.
