Pretty exciting that they can serve openly. And this is going to do HUGE things for gay equality once the good ol' boys return from Iraq and say things like "wait... Bob... who saved my life? He can't marry his boyfriend? Isn't this America?"

And that said... wow... what a great-looking bunch of people there.

    Anyway, haven't talked to my brother about this at all yet, but I'm sure he is pretty happy about this. I'm not really sure of the details of DADT policy. My brother is a civilian working for the Army Core of Engineers, and even volunteered to go work in Iraq for 6 months back in 2008.

    I think he once told me people at his office in D.C. knew, but I'm not sure if he had to keep it to himself while in Iraq or not.
