I'll be at the earlier show. Does it start at 7 or do doors open at 7? Petrocs is dragging me out of my bubble of a 5 mile radius to venture across the bridge and see PJ20. I'm glad he is....
Does anyone going to the 10pm screening want to meet up before for a beer? The Fieldhouse is probably the closest place, but we're open to suggestions.
It was sold out by the time I found out it was the Troc.
I'm trying to win tickets though on MMR.
Fingers crossed. :P
hope you win, pure! if someone has an extra, please help this beautiful pearl jam fan.
God I miss you!
I guess you'll be going to the LA premiere?
miss you too, pure! hopefully i will see you the next time pj plays in philly...but yes, i'll be attending the los angeles premiere. hope you found a ticket.
I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.
Got the VIP upgrade as well but now thinking I may just go to the Franklin Institute showings.
No VIP here and actually didn't even try for Troc tickets (didn't feel like standing for the movie). So Mo and I will be hitting up the Institute as well. Any idea what day you're thinking about??

The Troc will have seats for the movie. They always do.
The Troc is a great venue to check out a band (the sound can be a little lacking at times, but I still love it), but I'd suggest getting there on time for a film screening. I've been to sold out film screenings before and if you're a little late you may have difficulty finding a seat. I'd suggest getting there a little early, checking out a bit of Chinatown if you want a bite to eat and then get there when the doors open. You have two options for seating, you can head to the balcony which has sort of bleacher seating of around 5-10 rows or you can try the floor which should have folding chairs for seats. Your best bet is to head for the balcony and prepare to sit cozy next to a stranger. If you're late and the seats on the floor and the balcony are filled you may have to stand in the balcony which sucks because if you stand you usually can't see or you can sit in the aisles of the bleacher seating.
There are two bars open on film screening nights. Usually there's one on the floor and there's always a bar in the balcony. If you missed your chance for seating on the main floor or balcony you can probably head into the balcony bar and see if they're showing the film on their TVs as well. Good luck everyone!
Attending Red Bank , NJ on 20th , then doing a Who's my Mummy (Mummy exhibit)/Who's my Daddy( PJ, that's who !!) double feature on 9/25 at Franklin Institute . Mummys in the afternoon and PJ at 9:45 PM in IMAX.

Well I didn't win tickets for the Troc so I just went and ordered a couple for the Franklin Inst. on Saturday. Better for me anyway, going on a Saturday instead of a work night.
can someone confirm that the doors open at 7 and the movie is at 8? this is what I think, but how can they have a 10:00 showing if the first movie is not over yet?

Oops, can't make it, tomorrow night is the Dancing With the Stars results show, my night is booked, nah not really I just don't have a ticket, I knew I should have bought one when they went on sale. I was just focused all summer on PJ20 this summer and promised my friends "ok, enough with Pearl Jam once I go to the weekend concert". But they will soon learn, as I now understand, I just can't get enough of this band
