Has anyone seen I Am Legend? We're considering going tonight but we don't want to see it if the dog scenes are really sad or traumatic. We get too sad with animals dying and being hurt etc. We'll wait for dvd if that's the case and go see Enchanted instead.

Has anyone seen Enchanted? Looks a bit crappy and girly but it's getting fantastic reviews.

I Am Legend is excellent, very similar in plot to the 28 days/weeks later films.

I was a little upset when his dog got the virus and he had to put him down, cause his dog was like all he had left.

but it's still a fantastic film.

Fuck that. Will definitely be watching that on dvd. Leigh cried his eyes out at the end of King Kong at the movies because King Kong's face reminded us both of our boxer, Ziggy. I was nearly crying but just held it back. I love seeing people getting splattered and killed and smashed but as soon as it's a dog, I'm fucked!

I guess Cujo isn't on regular rotation at your place then, or Turner & Hooch

I love it in Alien 3 when the alien bursts out of the dog's chest. Might go and watch it now :)

I hear you. I can't watch anything where animals are being hurt or killed. I especially hate animal documentaries where one animal is killing another for food..

    It's called "natural selection"
What would happen if all the animals in the world decided not to eat each other? It would mean dead animals everywhere due to starvation, and eventually death to all of us.

I don't care... I just don't want to watch it on the screen.

A bit of drizzle, but that's about it.
We've already had our fair share of floods over the past 6 months so it's about time somewhere else got spanked

Yeah, I was thinking of last Winter there, when I was watching the news.
The weathers bizzaar :S We could use a good downpour here. Seeing all the recent bushfires here is just heart breaking. A big worry for us here in Dwelli, in Summer is the lightening storms we get and the fact that the forrest is so dry. That was how Dwellingup got completely wiped out by bushfires in the 60's :( It was a really big town then too.

Not nice weather for Sam and Em to go home to.

So, have you started the RATM countdown yet? ;):D

Sam & Em were lucky they went home yesterday because the Pacific Highway was closed at Grafton today.

Not really. Only 2 weeks to go I suppose :)
