Only four sleeps to go for me!! I'm so excited I probably won't sleep much on Monday night.

Well, i think i'm starting to get excited. Today i was at a job site and the bogan roofers where listening to triple m(as most bogan roofers do) and then Rearview Mirror came on, which got me a little pumped. then RVM was followed by that Grey's Anatomy song, man triple m suck.

Then i gets in the car to go to another job and a real radio station triple J played the Ben Harper/Eddie Vedder version of Indifferance from the sydney secret show in 2001. which got me really pumped.

And for weirdness i must of dreamt this morning that i was at a record store and they had heaps of PJ records that i didn't have(which isn't very possible) but i ended up buying all this stuff and the girl at the counter was like "Pearl Jam Hey?" and i was all like yeah i'm seeing them next week. and then the alarm went of before i got to hit on her a little

so yeah i'm kinda looking forward to next week, but it won't really hit me til about wed, thursday.

EDIT: and last night i decided to listen to something i hadn't listened to in ages so i throw temple of the dog in the cd player in the car and drove to town listening to that bad boy. and man i forgot how classic that album is. so when i pick up the wife she's like "Is this Audioslave?" and i'm like "No" and she's like "but that's Cornell" and i'm like "yeah", so she's like whats that other band he was in? i can't remember cause they were crap" and i'm like "you're kidding aren't you, Soundgarden are awesome, but this is Temple" I think my 2nd 10c ticket is being wasted on her. At least she knew it was cornell singing, got to give her credit for that.

oh and how rough does U2 have it, staing at the plazzo versace(http://www.palazzoversace.com.au) on the gold coast, which costs about $1000 a night(which i have happened to stay at for free) the glasses they give you in the room to use in the bathrooom or for drinks are worth $200 each, so i didn't touch them. oh and when i was there it was AFL finals days so i was the only person in the place yelling at the TV as the lions won the final.

but the bums get choppered to ANZ each day for soundcheak and stuff, next time i hear a chopper fly over the house here at sunnybank i'll throw rocks at it to bring it down so i can saw hi to them(if i don't kill them in the crash), or i could just race the 1km up the road to ANZ and say hey as they cross the road from the practise field/U2 hellipad to the main stadium.

So they fly from the Gold Coast to Brisbane every day in a helicopter? WHAT is the point? Too much fucking money!

This reminds me of an email someone sent me yesterday:

At a U2 concert in Glasgow, Bono asked the audience for some quiet. Then in the silence, he started to slowly clap his hands. Holding the audience in total silence, he said into the microphone "Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies".

A voice from near the front pierced the silence "Well, stop fucking doing it then."

You've got to admit .. Bono is full of it sometimes. I haven't really liked U2 since the early 90s and I'm kind of annoyed they're touring here the same month as Pearl Jam.

Someone should post that email on a U2 fan message board.

I heard Life Wasted on JJJ yesterday and after it was played Robbie Buck talked about PJ fans will be frothing at the mouth now... Also h said Ed will be interviewed by Jay and The Doctor. Sounds like something not miss.
