    Yeah, that and nothing but clear liquids for 24 hours prior. So first you starve, then you get your exercise running to the bathroom. :thumbdown: I guess it's one way to lose weight. :roll:

    I'm enjoying my 50s but there are a few weird things that come with them. :shifty:
