The same person who told me PJ was playing labor day weekend months before they announced it (who works there) just told me they have signed to play there Labor Day weekend for the next 3 years.

    My buddy told me they already signed to play at Fenway for the next 10 years on Labor Day weekend.

    I'll buy the rumor because I know for a fact Pearl Jam has signed a lifetime contract to not play the South anymore. :lol:

    They likely didnt sign a contract but the band may have decided to put those dates on hold for them. Probably something similar to what DMB has with the Gorge every Labor Day weekend.

    I just dont see this happening... going from 8 years away, to 3 years in a row seems like a stretch!

    HOWEVER, I'd gladly free up my Labor Day weekends from here til eternity, should this become the "norm" :ugeek:

    Pearl Jam has a hard time planning anything 3 months in advance let alone 3 years. :lol:
