    a mate of mine has just told me he managed to get me one of the big posters advertising the newy show, they r so big they come in 2 sections
    now just have to find a place that the wife wont mind having it hung

    A 'radio war' has now been initiated by myself :o
    In one corner 1233ABC Newcastle, who originally jumped on board the pre-show bandwagon.
    And in the other corner NewFM who are the Newcastle show's main sponsor.

    I let it slip to NewFM last week that ABC wanted to cover the pre-show gathering, and NewFM were pissed, so now they're also on board. This means that this gathering will be more widely covered and will make this event considerably larger :)

    It also means that if we do what we're hoping to do, and make this event a fundraiser for ACCA (Australian Crohn's & Colitis Association) then we're sure to raise more money as I'm sure NewFM will chip in.

    As uni holidays start next week, I'll have more time to organise things, so stay tuned and I'll keep you guys posted

    Yeah you're probably right we should get a bit more creative. "Smiles on Dials" and "Coke'n'Hookers" took a while to get by a couple of the ladies involved so they might be happy with a slight change in the spelling/wording.
