Am waiting to see if the vinyl shows up at What Records - and will probably get the CD from my local record shop. Nothing against the 10C, but I just get impatient waiting for things to fly across the Atlantic, and I like to get my vinyl from a UK supplier in case of any problems. Really really looking forward to hearing the music though!!

That's what made my choice still uncertain until now... but I guess I'll opt for that, too.
Besides, I'd like to be able to listen to it as soon as I can!

Yeah, I'm not convinced preordering is that smart an idea for international customers myself. I want to be hearing that sucker as soon as possible!
What Records are currently selling the Vitalogy and Vs vinyl reissues, which I still haven't heard yet :?
There's only a finite amount of hours in the day, and money in the bank this year - and I haven't felt starved of PJ so far! The Eddie solo I definitely want to hear as soon as I can though

I made the hard decision and ordered the vinyl from 10Club. Why? Because I thought like what if the songbook is for the pre-order only and won't be available in record stores and what if the vinyl will be only sold from the 10Club or be limited but they are just not telling it and it will sell out in a few days... Has it appeared for pre-order anywhere else?

Yes, it probably is more likely to feature exclusive stuff from here, and yes, the vinyl is probably quite limited. Knowing both these things however, I still can't bring myself to preorder it!

likewise!! despite all knowledge gained from previous experiences managed to muster the testicular fortitude to order the lp from 10c! i trust the transaction will not only run smoothly but earn me a 12" vinyl before the release date hahah to be honest its just great having the anouncement of a new lp! my gf was starting to think i could afford to buy her something ... pisshh! good luck with the mail everyone
Touring Band 2000, Live at the Showbox, Live at the Garden and Unplugged where all region free , but Immagine In Cornice was region 1 (all ordered from 10Club if I remember correctly).
What comes to blue-ray regions here's a quote from Wikipedia:
Movie studios have different region coding policies. Among major U.S. studios, Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios have released all of their titles region-free.[115][116] Sony Pictures and Warner Bros. have released most of their titles region-free.[117][118][119] Lionsgate and Walt Disney Pictures have released a mix of region-free and region-coded titles.[120][121] 20th Century Fox and MGM have released most of their titles region-coded.[122][123]
The Blu-ray Disc region coding scheme divides the world into 3 regions, labeled A, B, and C.
Region A includes most North, Central and South American and Southeast Asian countries plus the Republic of China (Taiwan), Japan, Hong Kong, Macau and Korea.
Region B includes most European, African and southwest Asian countries plus Australia and New Zealand.
Region C contains the remaining central and south Asian countries, as well as the People's Republic of China and Russia.
In circumvention of region coding restrictions, stand-alone Blu-ray Disc players are sometimes modified by third parties to allow for playback of Blu-ray Discs (and DVDs) with any region code.[124] Instructions ('hacks') describing how to reset the Blu-ray region counter of computer player applications to make them multi-region indefinitely are also regularly posted to video enthusiast websites and forums. Unlike DVD region codes, Blu-ray region codes are verified only by the player software, not by the optical drive's firmware.

As WotR is released my Universal, the Blue-Ray should be region-free.
Thanks. Ok, so it was true that All Along The Watchtower and Blackbird will only be on the Blue-Ray and not on the dvd, and that really sucks because now I have to buy a blue-ray player although I don't have a HDTV :(
It's still strange that 10Club didn't write about it...
ssheeeeeeessh!!! had to really put some effort in ordering.. every time i would get all 4 things in my cart, something would zap them back out again and a sign appear like' presale no longer'

Wish I read this before I ordered the DVD. Oh well.
I'm trying to avoid temptation and wait until these items appear on Amazon.
I don't want to wait 8 years to receive my items from 10C and pay copius amounts of shipping.
they are on amazon aren't they? were up on there a few weeks ago actually
i was going to order from amazon, held off to see if 10c would offer any cool items through them, they have so i'll have to give in otherwise amazon was going to be selling me it
I checked amazon.ca <-- and they only have the DVD and CD... no Bluray or Vinyl..
What is 10C offering in terms of cool items????

I'm in the UK and have had mostly great experiences with the 10C in terms of deliveries and such, but was caught up in the pretty ugly Ten Super-Deluxe UPS probs, which has put me off ordering stuff from 10C... I held off from ordering the Vitalogy/Vs. Super Deluxe, hoping it would end up being sold somewhere like What Records. And though they have the separate limited deluxe Vitalogy and Vs., they don't have the Super-Deluxe and I'm afraid the same will happen in this case, especially the Limited 100-page songbook, which I really want. That said, I decided to go for the 10C and bought myself the vinyl, vinyl single and songbook (left out the blue-ray as I can live without it for now). I'm taking a risk here, especially because contrary to the Vs./Vitalogy box, they have not communicated a similar delivery system set-up so people won't end up being screwed with tax problems again.
Anyway, all this to say I don't believe the songbook (especially) will be made available anywhere else. The vinyl may eventually, but I didn't want to take the risk.
So 100 bucks it is and I can hold off listening to the music until the day the package arrives at my door. With no extra delivery charges this time, me hopes
dont care what anyone says about shipping fees or late deliveries or anything that haters will hate about ...all i know is that ive got a brand spanking new eddie lp and dvd getting sent to me at the end of the month! im on a very good mood! eddie eddie eddie!!!

Most of the people complaining about late deliveries are international members. Even if they pre-order the cd, it probably won't get here until late July or August.

for all my friends overseas i hope this is not the case! it doesnt need to be! its wierd how even folks in canada seem to experience such delays!
I ordered all of it but the blu-ray (don't have a player). I'm in the middle of getting rid of all my vinyl, and here I buy a record and a 7". It's Ed. I couldn't NOT buy it. :?

Oooh yeah, I'm confused. I've already ordered the CD, DVD & blu-ray on Amazon but just went in & bought the deluxe songbook from here, then I see the messages here about free songbook with the vinyl soooo I drafted an email to 10c saying woops, can I get the vinyl, thennnn.... I see the songbook you purchase separately is the DELUXE songbook, 100 pages hardback vs the songbook that comes with the vinyl is 40 pages, butttt... what about with the vinyl is a 44 page booklet & 44 page songbook. I'm confused! Anyone know? I would like the vinyl but was trying to be a good girl & not just buy everything for the sake of it butttt.... if I get the songbook for free anyway with the vinyl, well it's a no brainer isn't it?!

Ha ha. Yeah I think it's diff too & the separate songbook is bigger & more full on. I've e-mailed 10c. I've had the old face ripped off thing a couple of times tonight so looks like things are busy with the pre-sale maybe but hopefully they'll get back to me.
