    how about going after the people who funded and supported him for years, even though he was doing the same thing as he did in this case, but it was against the Russians so we. the US gov't supported him and funded him

    how about not fueling more terrorist attacks and pulling all troops out of all middle east countries.

    how about not imflaming the foreign scene and refusing to choose sides of the palestine and israeli issue.

    remembering the horror and pain of that day and how as sad as it was, it is a daily reality to other countries, many as a result of u.s. funded bombs and bullets. Why inflict that pain on other countries, when we know ho much this stung at the time and continues to sting.

    why not treat other countries as allies and friends, rather than enemies and competitors.


    i agree theres lots of things that can be done. i dont think sending 18 year olds to the desert is the thing thats needed though...certainly not soldiers who have been called up 4 ot 5 times.

    It's 1 am on the east coast and I am beat. I have a lot of problems with how things have been handled over the last 10 years but for now I will celebrate this assholes death. We can debate whatever tomorrow but for to tonight bin laden is dead and that is a great fucking thing.
