    The kids went out and got a new doggie today at the shelter. He's a little guy named Louie. 10 lbs! I hope he's not breakable. Hankie was w me for 7 and a half years at 85 lbs...won't know what to do with the little guy for a while. Didn't think I was ready, but I find I'm pretty excited to meet him when I get home tomorrow.

    Working on it, but the rain and snow slow us down. Oh and gets US all WET...

    Puppy teeth, what can i say, ouch!!! My hand looks like i stuck it in thorn bush... I have got to be faster, we play with chew toys, but she goes for the hand :lol: She is fast!

    Well my uncle is staying in our garage-converted-bedroom for a while, he's moving in his stuff today.
    Sammi left him 2 housewarming gifts this morning.

    Meet Louie :) He's only 10 lbs and when I heard that I thought ...oh no I hope he's not fragile and breakable, etc. He's far from it! What a lively little guy, loves to play ball and run..but he's also a sweet little lap dog when the playings' done. I thought it would take a while to get used to a little guy like him after having Hankie with me for all those years..you know, Hankie was gentle, but a giant. Turns out I was wrong. He's instantly lovable :D

    And, I think Hankie would approve. After all, Hank surely wished he was a lapdog too..he certainly gave it his best try :) Every day.

    Yes, those little lap dogs are a lot of fun. They will play like a whirling dervish then come cuddle with you. Best of both worlds.
