    Just out of curiosity...how many ppl here who are going actually got their tix thru 10 (and not The Bushnell "fanclub" presale)??

    Downtown Harford Marriott for $110 with AAA discount. Less than a mile from venue. Also, hotel has a bar in it, which sold it for me.

    I was able to score mine through the 10c, but it is the first time since '09 that was able to get fan club tickets.

    if you're out late you can always cab it...will be an inexpensive fare. good call on crowne...not a bad place. hilton is ok too. crowne is about a 15-20 minute walk to the preparty...than about another 15 or so to the Bushnell.

    other hotels to consider for those still looking...Holiday Inn Express is very convenient, as is Homewood Suites...not sure about prices, but they'll be over $100 I believe.

    It's official... we are in for the crowne plaza as well (i just bid $55 as well... didn't feel like playing around for $5 or less per person difference!!) it's a nice enough hotel and its very close to the hilton... you look out your window at the hilton (if you are facing in that direction... ) last year my friend was there and we walked to and from and it was very close... google maps (or mapquest) place the crowne plaza at .7 miles from the bushnell... it will be AWESOME!

    and... we got our tix from the bushnell pre-sale. two individual tix... scored 7th row dead center and 4th row... last seat in venue on "Mike's side."

    YAY! 8-)

    Hey guys I booked the Days Inn...which I know is farther away...however I got two nights for the price of one near the venue so i'm happy!!!

    cheaper than $55 a night? my first time in hartford... in 2003... i almost made the days inn mistake... then i pricelined the crowne plaza... all i'm saying... is do your research... 8-)
