My link to the UPS tracking system for my package was in that mail. Yours is probably also in Koeln at the moment and you'll receive it on "Monday, by the end of the day" like it says for my package on the tracking page.

My credit card has been charged (the lower first day price, fortunately) and I've had my Orpheum download link but my order is still showing as "en. Pre Order - ships on or before April 11, 2011" and I've had no shipping information.
After seeing that other European orders were beginning to arrive I was getting my hopes up for something soon!
New Foo Fighters album arrived this morning so at least I've got that to keep me going for now.
i am pretty sure the backing sheets that lists the set's contents are stickied with removable adhesive to the back of the box and shrink-wrapped. it might be possible that your set just managed to not have one included.

Shakescky - that's what I am thinking also as I did get this sheet with the Ten SDE but then that came direct from the 10C not Sony. Not losing any sleep over this either way. The rest of the SDE is fantastic though, IMHO.
What I have learnt from this whole experience and what I would humbly suggest to 10C for future SDE releases (I hasten to add this is taking a couple of cues from Radiohead):
1) When people place their orders, send out a link for all of the music as MP3 or FLAC files and maybe the digital versions of some/all of the artwork. I don't see this as a real issue for all of the rerelease stuff still to come as let's face it, all of this music has been readily available for a while and most people who order will have the original versions, so it may only be a couple of the extra tracks or a couple of photos that gets leaked early. No big deal I'd say.
2) Send out the physical boxes at the pre-determined release date. I realise even if they did the above but the boxes were still late people would still complain but at the very least you'd feel like you you've got something in hand in the meantime.
3) To make it more enticing and to appease people in case things come late, perhaps send an extra live show or 2 out as MP3s or FLAC upon order, something that *won't* physically come in the box. There's never any shortage of interest for stuff from The Vault. By doing this it may entice more people to order upfront and in return it also gives them something to hang on to that's unique and not in the box, while they wait for the box.

hope i dont have a tax bill...as i got it on the first day
Mines out for delivery today too. it's being delivered to my folks as there will be no one in at our house. I ordered mine on the first day too so I'm abit worried about tax Sting too. Especially as it's coming to my folks so I don't really want them being stung for the bill. Anyone in the uk let us know if you get stung for tax when it arrives please haha.
I'm not saying stupidity should be a capital offence, but what say we take the safety labels off everything and let nature run it's course?
So far no notice of added taxes/customs fees.... But if I remember correctly, following delivery of my 10SDE (and a Mastodon box), also through UPS, that letter came a few days later... Did any europeans/danes get a letter asking for $$$$$$$ in taxes?

by the way my shipping 'thing' wasen't that good, i had a SDBox swimming inside a larger box with only a little of a wraped brown paper, but it went ok, luckly
i had the €30 euros cheaper version, no tax what so ever....if they really did pulled this off, that just means that tax are... you know, the horn thing :twisted:
(is well worth the money, even the part that is for tax, if your thinking on getting one)

That would mean 10C never sent them to Sony. The European releases weren't obviously late for this reason. :?
