    If this boxset was available in stores I would have bought it there like I did with LO10L. I don't trust Universal or Sony one little bit but unfortunately if I want the PJ boxset and Editors boxset I have to go through Sony. Give me Play, HMV or Amazon any day of the week.

    I think we'd all agree (well, the majority) that this is not an issue of screwing up peoples' orders and long shipping times...this is a HUGE failure in managing expectations. For all us Canadians, had the Super Deluxe presale information stated that it would be 4 to 8 weeks for shipping...likely nothing would have changed. I know I would have bought it regardless...

    After the LOXL episode, I feel like I'm buying a used car every time I buy something through the 10C...not sure what you're getting yourself into.

    Having said this, I don't blame the 10C...you can only work with what you have.

    I refused to buy LOXL from 10C for that very reason. I had a local store special order it for me... I don't have much faith in 10C anymore, so unless it's something like the boxset that "supposedly" won't be available in stores I skip out on ordering stuff from them.

    Bummed for you guys that have to suffer for weeks to simply get a item thats rather easy to ship. I mean your buying cds and vinyl not guns and mail order brides. :lol:

    my super deluxe order from sony has been changed too april 11th too. Not particularly happy about this especially as i ordered it on the first day and got it for the supposedly cheaper prixe. So much for first come first served. Has anyone contacted ten club or sony over why we`ve been treated pretty badly and kept in the dark over this? Youd think that considering the amount this is costing people and the fact its not a publicly available item then sony should try to keep people happy at the very least a very apologetic email but no they just go and change our orders without saying anything. I could go out today and buy the standard retail release now i know ive got to wait for my boxset. Instead just to screw sony over im gonna see if i can at least illegally download them to give them a little bit of a *&^% you.
    I'm not saying stupidity should be a capital offence, but what say we take the safety labels off everything and let nature run it's course?

    So, what's the problem? Is Sony reponsible? Or is it the supplier's fault? (10C, maybe, I don't know who it is, actually ?)
