    im in and have selected 2 tickets in the orchestra level (didnt think that would be possible) and lcicked buy but its just loading and loading

    Why are all of you even posting??? If you're having difficulties getting through...typing your frustration on a message board isn't going to get you tickets. If it were me, I would be hitting refresh and reloading pages for at least a hour before I gave up and did anything else.

    Probably a major reason why some don't get tickets. They would rather bitch about not securing a ticket the first moment they log in rather than continually try to get through.

    This site is effing stupid! Theres no best available button so you have to click each friggin level and wait til it says no tickets in that level and go back!!!!!!!!!!! This is the biggest mistake ever! Whomever decided on this place should be shot!

    Who's bitching? I'm being honest got through on the phone twice! It rings about 20 times then you get disconnected!

    i got through and I have tickets in the 3rd tier and it says I have 5 minutes to process and I hit the go to checkout button 3 minutes ago! If I lose these tickets Im going to kill someone

    I started freaking out about the 5 minute thing but it took me at least 10 minutes to get all the way through. Row A Second Tier!!!

    Somehow. I got through right at 1pm over the phone. Orch row T.... Best prize I ever won and it only cost me $370! I hope some of you got tix.....
    New York shows f'n sold out in seconds. This was a rough one.

    Dang, I tried to get 4 and it took forever and then said there weren't any seats in the section I selected, so instead of pressing my luck and risk getting booted with nothing I just went with 1 in the orchestra section and got row f seat 22.

    That was AGONY though...
