Why doesn't the NJPAC site let you pick best available? I was trying for United Palace tickets at the same time and grabbed the 1st pair I got. Row A Upper Loge center stage. Look like pretty good seats and I'm in for one show at least.
Wanted to to go to the NJPAC show but once I saw the site was crashing at 12:50 I knew I wasn't going to have much of a shot.
It took me 15 minutes after hitting the buy button but finally finished the purchase. Ended up with a single in Orchestra row EE. The only thing that concerns me is that on my confirmation my row is GA. Maybe they just made the orchestra pit itself GA? Also, my internet fee was only $7, I don't know where the $25+ fee someone was talking about earlier came from. Anyone else get an e-mail confirmation with GA?
that was really easy, i got one ticket a ticket on the grand tier, row b, anyone know how the seats are?. funny thing is i wasnt even going to try but i figured i would give it a shot. looks like ill be in lovely newark, solo, on the 7th!

Do you know if you got ROW B or BOX B? The site doesn't say. Could be a BIG difference in your view!

I sent an email and hopefully they'll change the info (or go by zip code), but I would recommend everyone checking the shipping address on their order confs emails to avoid any problems in getting your tix.
I got great seats...4....but when i got my email confirmation it said my address is Coopersburg, NJ.....its Coopersburg, PA.....
what should i do? i actually thought it timed out during the checkout but apparently it went through
Maybe just reply to the email with the correction? OR, call them later (after the phone traffic dies down) and correct it.

I emailed NJPAC about the error in the shipping address (they changed PA to NJ) and they just emailed me back with a correction. If you haven't checked your email confirmation, you should, and let them know of any errors. They seem to be very responsive in spite of the chaos that must be swirling over there...

The site was super slow....I too don't like the fact that you have to pick a section, just give me best available!
Phones were horrible. Kept dialing and then it gave me a message to call a customer service number.....thanks but no thanks.
