Sorry sweetheart, look at my first post on page 1.

I'm sure I was inaccurate on alot of things. So I choose to look towards the future as wll as new posts - and I hope you will also post as well! Even though this thread belongs on "A Moving Train"- I've asked the mods for assistance! Do you have any idea how to accomplish this?
I just don't want to piss anyone off! (Which I'm apparently very good at doing!) Ha! :)

I've slowly converted some people to pj fans AND actually ran into someone the other day who has a stickman tattoo.

Just out of curiosity - where are you stationed?

Also wanted to ask you if you watch one of my favorite HBO series - Generation Kill - which is based on the Marine Corps. It's an intense show! I can't wait until Sunday -Episode 3! (MY dad spent time in the Marines as well!) I was in the USAF. I know you might laugh at that - but I just personally wasn't brave enough to be a Marine. And - that's just MY Opinion-and YES! I still love the USAF! - I think I really like this thread! thread!

12 yrs active duty Army. out now, med discharge for a spine issue.

Love my time in the Army though, 25 countries, 3 yrs living in Hawaii, and 3 yrs living in Germany...makes up for the 5 1/2 yrs in Tennessee/Kentucky :)

    Air Assault!

Saw PJ in Budapest, Hungary in '96, Uncle Neil's Mirrorball show in Berlin in '95, and the Rolling Stones in Prague, Czechoslavokia in '97 I think.

I am a veteran (5 years active duty Army, field artillery) against the war, and a PJ fan since '92, and I'm glad Ed talks about his views during concerts, it doesn't bother me a bit and never has. Hell, I might be an even bigger fan because of his speeches...

This war is a disgraceful mistake on the part of our leaders and we'll have to live with the burden of their mistake for years to come. I got out before I got caught up in it, but I can't say the same for everyone I served with, RIP...

OMG! Hope I didn't offend you!???? I've just heard so much about Kosovo. Once in the military-one's curiosity peaks. What was it like there for you? I never got the opportunity to go into combat. I was a Personnel Specialist (CBPO) Separations Unit- I mostley typed up DD Form 214's Honorable, General, Other-Than-Honorable, and the very rare "Dishonorable" discharges! It amazed me how many people were discharged for very wacky "deviant" sexual behavior! But I always knew their "dirt." MY war-time skill was being an SP (Security Police). I carried around a belt of ammo and an M-16 -which kicks ASS! And I look at my life now...... C'est la vie - (such is life).

Welcome! I'm so glad you commented! I hope that doesn't sound condescending - as you seem to have seen more than you personally cared to - based on your post. (I will now feel free to mind my own business)! I love Eddie's speeches, too! (Don't most of us?) Hope you stick around on this thread for awhile!

    Hey -
It's the weekend and I know alot of you (most of you) have a life. apparently WE don't this evening - as my husband is apparently in a "Not For You" mood this evening.....as I am hearing it blare from the livingroom...and it happens to be his favorite PJ song! He can only listen to this song in "LOUD! mode! Apparently. Let me see...did I do anything wrong today? Ummmmm....HA! Tomorrow - the Gulf of Mexico- the boat-the breeze, the beach. There's just something about Nature that "calms" me.....and as everyone knows....I need me some calm! Ha! I''ve been fucking up left and right this week! Do any of you ever have a week full of nothing but shit?
