The Slims '93 show from San Francisco bootleg was awesome too.
Played before Vs came out.
They covered "Dirty Deeds" and Ed sang a couple lines of "Girls Just wanna Have Fun"
I forget the name of the bootleg, still have it somewhere though. And so you see, I have come to doubt

I have the vast majority of the things listed here.
My favourite ones were all the KTS label boots. They had great shows and great artwork.
The Lollapalooza 1992 one even had an apology printed on the back for the slightly inferior sound quality. A class label, as far as bootlegs go.My Pearl Jam shows: 1 in 1995, 2 in 1998, 20 in 2003, 13 in 2006, 3 in 2007, 8 in 2008, 5 in 2009, 4 in 2010, 5 in 2012. EV: 8 in 2011, 1 in 2012. The only full concert bootleg CD I bough back then was Atlanta 94. Many bootlegs of the show had songs out of order, but I'm pretty sure the one I had was correct.
My favorite compilation bootleg CD was More Pearls of Wisdom with the first few 10 Club singles, new songs from Atlanta, and other rarities.0 -
I wasn't obsessed with the band until around 1997 (just as the downloading craze was taking off) so I only bought one un-official bootleg (Checkpoint Charlie) before I went the mp3 route. Still have it...but disc 2 is mangled.2000: Camden 1, 2003: Philly, State College, Camden 1, MSG 2, Hershey, 2004: Reading, 2005: Philly, 2006: Camden 1, 2, East Rutherford 1, 2007: Lollapalooza, 2008: Camden 1, Washington D.C., MSG 1, 2, 2009: Philly 1, 2, 3, 4, 2010: Bristol, MSG 2, 2011: PJ20 1, 2, 2012: Made In America, 2013: Brooklyn 2, Philly 2, 2014: Denver, 2015: Global Citizen Festival, 2016: Philly 2, Fenway 1, 2018: Fenway 1, 2, 2021: Sea. There was a couple of boxed sets I have, too.
Hallucinogenic Recipe is the famous one I have.
The other came in a 12" (roughly) square sized gold-coloured metal tin, with the 4 CD's layed flat in a square with a big booklet of old Rolling Stone interviews. It was called 'Evolution' I think. It had the Ed/Bad Radio Demos, The Gossman tapes, Andy Wood/MLB demos and all that good stuff. The Ed/Bad Radio disc is still the best quality versions of the songs. I don't know what they did to make them sound so good, but they certainly took the murkiness outta them.
I have the box Demetrios put a pic of (above), if memory serves it has a PJ condom in itMy Pearl Jam shows: 1 in 1995, 2 in 1998, 20 in 2003, 13 in 2006, 3 in 2007, 8 in 2008, 5 in 2009, 4 in 2010, 5 in 2012. EV: 8 in 2011, 1 in 2012. Brad: 1 in 1998, 1 in 2002.0 -
That 'Chapters' bootleg LukinFan mentions was amazing back in the day, too.
If memory serves it was a double disc with Vitalogy-like cover.
My mate had it and it took me ages to get. I was so jealous.
This thread has me all nostalgic.My Pearl Jam shows: 1 in 1995, 2 in 1998, 20 in 2003, 13 in 2006, 3 in 2007, 8 in 2008, 5 in 2009, 4 in 2010, 5 in 2012. EV: 8 in 2011, 1 in 2012. Brad: 1 in 1998, 1 in 2002.0 -
My fav is still my first called Pearl Jam Rem Jam, which is an incomplete amazing sounding version of the Zurich June '92 show featuring the mommason trilogy explained and played in order. I still cant find a lossless complete version of this show. Anybody know if one exists? all i can find are mp3s of the full show. And i still cant figure out what the fuck Rem Jam means by the way.0

So it's got to be my favorite
Surfer Eddie's sunshine state. You can definitely hear some people talking in the audience, I guess, and the sound's not so good, but that's when I got to hear for the first time what have been my two favorite songs ever since. I reckon the fact that I got it totally randomly only a couple of days after I got into PJ makes it special for me too.
The funny thing about that one is that it's a show from New Orleans 1993. You would think that "Surfer Eddie's Sunshine State" would refer to California.
So many of these unofficial boots have misspelled and made up song titles in the track listing. Which makes sense, since they were playing songs that hadn't been released yet, like Leash and Alone on the '92 tour.0 -

I totally believed it was a show in California ! You can even read 'recorded live in California' on the back cover. Well, I guess it's New Orleans, California then ....
About the track listing, this one indeed has 'three days' in it0 -
I have a favorite, but have never had the original silver pressed CD. It's called "Barbaric Splender". It's a 2CD set Live from Tokyo Japan on 02/20/95. If anyone out there has this and wants to sell or trade please PM me or email me at: cropdustdair@yahoo.com. I don't want a copy of it. I want the original silver disc set.
I'm also looking for the original silver pressed "Tivoli" CD with the kid on the Tricycle on the front cover. Help me out guys! Thanks again!0 -
