    I recently re-fied

    6.35% down to 4.50% 30yr fixed
    My drinking team has a hockey problem

  • Unrelated some what but do any of you guys put money into a ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase) Plan at your job ?

    I started a little bit ago...I can put up to 10% of my pay...I started low at 2%

    Unrelated some what but do any of you guys put money into a ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase) Plan at your job ?

    I started a little bit ago...I can put up to 10% of my pay...I started low at 2%


    we don't have a espp plan, but i have options.

    i'd stay low as well.

    Yeah...that's what we figured

    We're not moving anytime soon so going back to 30yrs was a no-brainer

    if that is the rule, than max it out and sell it same day. you are going to pay whatever your tax rate is, but you are paying taxes on what amounts to free money.

    last feb i sold at $3..90 //// today it was at $ 9

    i have to hold tight for another week...i think it might go to $10 ..but who the fuck knows

    I would have to wait until after the purchase date...like I said they buy the stocks every 90 days

    So after this quarter I could essentially do you what you said..raise to 10% and then wait the quarter out and cash out

    their is a whole story behind it..my company started giving out stock instead of full cash bonuses

    so i only have a 3 week window to sell ...if i don't i have to wait a year

    i can only sell a certain amount now...so i will be holding on to some of it but i will sell what i can
