    i dont think these auctions are legit.. he has already sold 7 of them and another one is up for bid.

    good luck everybody.. but i hope you all paid via paypal so you can get your money back when you dont recieve the album.

    yup. paypal here. i wasn't aware that he sold 7 lps already. but i did notice that he sells only records. so maybe he just has a lot of them?? (wishful thinking--thought i was going to get this record on tower records.com not that long ago)

    yeah i paid paypal so i will surely get my money back if the guy never ships it...i have faith...he has a lot of positive feedback...im hoping he just foudn a bunch of em and put em up priced to sell...

    Just a quick note. They have 2 on now at the same time and the latest one is a BIN for $60. I am pissed cause I bought mine about a year ago on ebay and paid $140. Never saw it before that so I thought I might never see it again. Sucks to be wrong. Good Luck to whoever gets it at this price.

    Either that or he's scamming people and since e-bay has a no negative feedback policy we'd never know until one day we log in and he's no longer a registered user.

    Edit: I know there is one negative feedback there, but that was a while ago...ebay changed its policy earlier this year.

    Since he has sold so many of them I find it hard to believe that THAT many people scammed him...esp since at least one of those people have said in this thread they paypalled him.
    Those who have bought off of him...can u let us all know when/if you receive your album.

    same here. i sent him a message on eBay about the record (vitalogy) & he said that he'd be shipping it out tomorrow. i'm not sure if you guys were talking about vitalogy or the pic LP (ten)..if you were talking about TEN, sorry! :)

    Well whoever gets one, the back of the disc should have the stickman in purple with the song titles listed. I have the original. I hope these aren't counterfits. Great price!

    Got a note from the seller that it has shipped w/ the USPS tracking #. so it looks like i'm finally getting the vitalogy vinyl!! :)

    i think most were refering to the Basketball Ten LP but its cool....

    i havent heard anything from the Ebay seller who sold all the basketball lps....

    has anyone else who bought one heard anything?

    a guy on ebay is claiming 500 but i think thats gotta be a low...id guess at least 5000...

    I've always read 1,500 of the LP, 5,000 of the CD

    It's not impossible that they got a group of them and just wanted to unload them not really knowing they'd go for so much more.

    Today I have received the Ten picture disc from guy from Portugal who is/was selling many copies of them:

    I'm sorry to say to all who purchased from him that he is selling a fake record. So I just want to warn all other buyers of this record. I'm a long time collector and one of the guys from http://www.pjcollectors.com and I have compared my official copy with the fake copy. The imprint on the inner ring of the LP (you can see it if you hold the LP into the light) is completely missing. The color of the orange basketball is little different. The printing of the text bad if you compare it to the original.

    I'm frustrated myself as I wanted to give these copies to friends. I have asked the seller for a refund but got no answer so far. If he doesn't answer in some days I will contact ebay and Paypal. Gladly I have paid with Paypal.

    Sorry for this bad news but I think you all should know this. Sorry for my bad English but I'm from Germany.

    wow this is really a bummer...i was pretty stoked on this.

    if you get in contact with the seller please post what he says. hes obviously going to be getting a letter from everyone that reads this that bought the record.

    i paid paypal as well. guess i start a claim saying that i didint get the item that was described in the auction.

    im curious to know what it sounds like....this may be as close as i ever get to owning the real one...

    are you really really sure that it is fake...really really surre?...thing is that id never be able to tell...
