Feeling a little sad.......

My Aunty has recently had surgery to remove a lump in her breast that was cancerous, initially being told it was only small and easily removed. I just got a phone call then informing me that it was bigger than first thought and she'll have to get the whole breast removed and her bones checked so it hasn't spread! The worst thing is, my Grandma was diagnosed with cancer and died this time last year, leaving my Grandpa alone after 60 years of marriage. He's lonley enough as it is without losing his daughter too, he's really beside himself. Sorry folks for a depressing thread but you know what they say, a burden shared is a burden halved or something like that.
