the next ed solo effort or the next pj disc . . ?

.. not posted here in a while, but i.t.w soundtrack was stupifyingly accurate and compelling..in short -- genius, sheer genius.

i admit i'm lazy but news wise -- what is on the horizon about any of the above?

    If I i ever meet Ed I will tell him how unfaithful he and the band have been to the UK.

    ..on the other side of the coin we have to be grateful for all the music they've put out.

    cd for sure! i dont even think ed is going to tour again, hopefully he will though! id say i'm waiting for the stone/jeff stuff, but only the cds because right now i am thoroughly tapped out :(

    I could see the band releasing another album, touring it, and saying adios for a while and Solo works after that...I dont WISH for that to happen, but it wouldn't surprise me...wanting to spend more time with family, take a break, etc. Ed has a long solo career ahead of him anyway...Oh, the possibilities....

    Although I would like to hear a Vedder solo album outside of the constraints of a movie soundtrack. Into The Wild was way too focused on a single concept.

    I hope Ed isn't discouraged by the bad behavior of some "fans" at his solo shows. I would love to see him do this again.
    Also looking forward to a new PJ record (but I hope it's not too political).

    If I knew Ed had a new solo cd coming out that was as great as ITW and PJ was releasing a new album that was similiar to Self Titled....I would take the solo album anyday.

    I would like to find out if they're ever going to release EV solo tour bootlegs.
    Beyond that, I'm just content to wait.

    I'm just looking forward to some new (and good) music.

    I think it would be cool if Eddie released some solo material in the years between Pearl Jam releases.

    I am a huge fan of the "Into The Wild" soundtrack. It totally exceeded my expectations. So I have to admit that I would really like some more solo Eddie stuff.

    The last few Pearl Jam albums have been a mixed bag for me. They each have some songs that are really good, but then they also have some songs that I really don't like. Whereas "Ten," "Vs.," "Vitalogy," "No Code," and "Yield" were just consistently good albums from start to finish.

    No, Avocado sold about twice as much as the ITW soundtrack. The ITW soundtrack hasn't even been certified Gold yet.

    oh and PJ album first because a tour will ensue and i only feel complete when i'm at a PJ concert....so come one guys...complete me!!!
