    Yeap, I feel the same. An idea and what I just did was to go into the order history and copy the purchase information onto an email, then email to my self with my membership number in the Subject Area. Then print that off. It's not from 10c but a least it's something that you can show as proof of purchase.

    I got the same email response regarding no email confirmation for Syd 2.....


    I emailed back stating that its def in my order history with all the others, yet it was the only confirmation email missing.....

    In the end, they said they would "re-send" the confirmation email.... I

    They did.... and it arrived within 2 minutes....

    anyone remember the great NZ petition of 2002 for the 2003 show? whatever happened to that? i remember that guy taking it around the midnight openings for riot act's release.

    which is another fucking thing. there were multiple midnight openings and listening parties. there were hundreds of fans who went into the city just to buy that damn album. and they still ignored us?
