I got an apology via email. But it doesn't get my money back into my account. I guess I can forgive them...but only if they take serious steps to prevent this shit from happening in the future. Do I think they'll get better? To put it nicely I'm very skeptical of any apology and any mention of improving this process.0

Don't kid yourself into thinking they're actually going to fix the server probelm. It's been going on for a long time now....every time there's any kind of big sale that requires a lot of traffic.
10C is a business and they don't give a shit. Individual apologies won't help the massive PR hit they took today. All it takes is a little communication with your customers to make things right.
As one of their long time customers, it upsets me they have raised their prices but have not increased the level of service they provide.No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.0 -
