Breast implants

I just saw a great documentary about breast implants: Absolutely Safe. I learned a lot of things I didn't know - about the lifetime of implants, silicone vs. saline, what else they're made out of, the risk of rupture, the consequences of rupture (and what can happen even if they don't rupture), the FDA approval process, the safety studies that have been done, etc. It's available on Netflix, and there are clips on YouTube, and it appears to be downloadable from various places online.

I like big boobs as much as the next guy, but I think implants are a turn off.. you can totally tell, and they look unnatural.0
