Breast implants

I just saw a great documentary about breast implants: Absolutely Safe. I learned a lot of things I didn't know - about the lifetime of implants, silicone vs. saline, what else they're made out of, the risk of rupture, the consequences of rupture (and what can happen even if they don't rupture), the FDA approval process, the safety studies that have been done, etc. It's available on Netflix, and there are clips on YouTube, and it appears to be downloadable from various places online.

    I like big boobs as much as the next guy, but I think implants are a turn off.. you can totally tell, and they look unnatural.

    fake boobs are awful.. really awful. it's like 2 really stale muffins have been glued to their chests... which is why i would have thought Neilybabes would have been into them?
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
