Those pics remind me of a girl I used to work with who spent $14,000 on implants, tummy tuck, and lipo. She didn't rest like she was supposed to and it took her 2 months to heal. She had to go back in to fix the scars because they didn't heal properly. She said it was worth it and she'd do it all over again.....

My ex had implants...it never helped her self-esteem, in fact she wanted another procedure to make them bigger. She lost a lot of sensation. Think about that! Big, numb boobs :(
I didn't object at the time, but in retrospect, I wish I had been more vocal in discouraging her....but...it's her body, so...

So many women blame their insecurities on the wandering eye of men....they seem to think implants will give them what the wandering eye is observing, a competitive edge, if you will....thereby improving their self-esteem. But almost every guy I know has the same opinion reflected in this thread: small and real is better than big and fake....makes no sense.

I am now 100% dedicated to making small breasted women feel better about their bodies ;):)

Yeah, I've heard about this phenomenon where women lose sensation in their breasts after implants. It also happened to the woman who got implants in the film. I don't have any idea whey someone would want to make her breasts bigger at the cost of decreasing her own sexual pleasure. I wonder whether women are informed about this risk beforehand.

I'm glad to know you're dedicated to making women feel better about their bodies. ;)

Hey, hey, I'm well read and sensitive towards the needs and concerns of females everywhere...

At least I think I'm thinking about me... or maybe it's that Paul David character. Either way, it's all good.

I like big boobs and I can not lie
    You other brothers can't deny
That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty chest
And a round thing in your face
You get sprung, wanna pull out your tough
'Cause you notice that bust was stuffed
