Any Western Mass PJ fans on here?

I just relocated to the Amherst/5 colleges area from Tennessee. Just wanted to see if there were any fans in the area and introduce myself. I have to say that you guys have a beautiful spot here. I cant wait for the fall. Should be gorgeous. I do fear the winter though.

Also, if any of you guys have Sox tickets you arent going to use......I nominate myself to take them off your hands ;) A Sox game is my first priority as far as things to do up here.

    Good for you. Enjoy the area. I graduated from UMass. Now I'm in LA, but the 5 college area is sweet.

    Winter sucks, but otherwise all is well.

    but I have a handful of friends out in western mass, so I frequent the area every now and then.

    I went to Umass back in the 90's... you will love Amherst. I didn't think I would miss it as much as I do.......

    Amherst gets good concerts sometimes. And you're not too far from the Basketball Hall of Fame.

    Yep, I actually applied for a job there. Of course, I have sent a resume to just about every company in Western Mass......so that isn't saying much.

    Do they still ahve the shrubery cut into the hill when you drive on the Mass Pike that says Friendly's?

    As for amherst ... hooray for the Iron Horse ... saw a few shows there in my day.

    oh, and I was not a western mass person ... I actually went to UMass Lowell for undergrad ... and B.U. for my MBA .... just know a little about ZooMass.

    Yes, that shrubery is still there. I passed it a few weeks back on my way out to Albany from the South Coast of MA.
