    :) Oktoberfest will be worth it. Sooooooooo worth it. If I can't go to bonnaroo I'll still be going to that and it will ease a lot of the pain. Even if I get to bonnaroo... no way I'm missing oktoberfest. At least there's a couple months between the two to build up some savings again. Any idea which weekend we're doing this year so I can start monitoring flights? I asked Jason but he doesn't know yet.

    if the 'fight' is put us at the back of a full PJ or festival pit (a proper Euro/SA one), and first to reach the front wins, I don't think there's anyone on the planet that can beat me ;)

    i mean, c'mon. we're starting the flight search, i've already started bitching about the drinking age (i'm not sinking to the fake id!!! -you know who you are), we're budgeting... its only a matter of time i'm getting so ancy...

    This is killing me too...get on with it so plans can be made yeah? I thought last year all this was announced by now? Maybe it will be Feb 1st but what the hell?

    not the first time ive heard about the eagles playing it. but seriously, that lineup sucks. however, this page looks similar to the page that gauranteed (no pun intended) a pj spot in 07. we'll have to wait it out. i think they like leaking several lineups before the official announcement, but thats just me.

    don't worry about the drinking age...it's a camping festival, we can bring booze in..who the hell is going to ask for your ID when we're drinking OUR beers?!

    I'm not too in hurry.. I'm short in cash..so in a way, the later the better ;)

    Ya "information" on the lineup should be within a week. Whether that means bands names or the date they'll be announced, either way we'll hear something soon. Plus I'm not worried, in no more than 3 weeks we'll have it for sure.

    And btw that line-up is fake.

    Pretty much, but I've read there are actually pretty good. I'll have to check them out.
