    Yeah I've had it since like forever.
    Have not yet seen a doctor or psych, silly ay.
    I find that caffeine and stress trigger it.
    Lately I've been taking fish oil for omega 3 and some vitamin D tablets.
    They have helped tremendously.

    To the OP, try omega 3 and vitamin D.
    And stop smoking weed.
