Noblesville, columbus, bristow, msg2, in that order for sure...even though i was at kc when everysingle person stood (hand upraised) the entire show, with awesome energy/emotions....just for the record every show these days is nearly perfect sets but they are fun to break down and rank...by the way...my wife now realizes i am nutz and PJ is a way of life :P :P

IMO those are great shows but not even good bootlegs. I just feel that people deserve to be warned. Some people love the sound quality of the 2010 boots and others like Evacuation Rules and myself think that they sound like shite.
It's too bad because I think that the band is really playing some great shows so far this year but the sound of the bootlegs makes me never want to listen to them.

I disagree 100%. Both boots sound great to me. Especially the Release from Boston, hearing that again gives me chills every time. Awesome.

does the inside of the 2010 boots case have the circle typewriter key artwork, with Backspacer written on it (like the 2009 ones)? ........or is the inner artwork different?
also if anyone got the Newark boot specifically...what color sticker is on the outside? I cannot see the pictures of the boots on my computer! (I see "X"s...anyone else have this problem??)
Gotta side with the "10 boots sound crappy" camp. I only saw MSG 1 & 2 (only??). But the boots sound awful....especially when I turn them up. I'm no audiophile, just bought the mp3 downloads.
It's not like it stopped me from getting the shows. But as a Canuck at MSG i have to give credit to that place. Good venue and a great band brought it both nights. The boots just don't deliver on the quality. But what do I know? MSG 2 breath is a great cut....loved that groove. And when mike ripped the war pigs riff during porch at MSG 1.....the sound isn't there on my boots. No worries though...it's almost fitting they sounded better live. That's pearl jam.

Somebody's going to tell you that your bootlegs don't sound good because you bought the mp3's. Don't listen to them, the FLAC's sound like shit too! There is very little improvement and you don't need to be an audiophile to be disappointed in the sound.
To the people that think the 2010 bootlegs sound good, have you ever listened to a boot from 2000,2003 or 2006? Do you not notice a huge drop in sound quality? Even the 2009 boots sound way better. If they had just continued down that road you would never hear me complain about the sound of the bootlegs.

Compared to what? Are you an expert on sound quality now? The guitars sound distant and echoey like they aren't even from a soundboard, like they're being picked up by mics in the back of the room. You can't make out any of the guitar solos. It's a horrible sounding mess.
