Make PJ Radio iphone app!

Just like they have pandora on the iphone, make PJ radio for the iphone. OR build it into the current PJ app.

good idea?

    Not sure how much bandwidth PJ radio requires but if they are playing the 320kbs rips then you will need a solid connection.

    Why not just add the PJ radio player to your home screen? I did and it Seems to play in the background just fine

    how do you do this? I've been just pasting the link on safari and it plays through QuickTime.

    PJ radio works on the iphone? I thought it didint work for me, or maybe I just assumed it was flash and wouldnt work.

    to the other person: I believe when your on the link you just click one of the buttons on the bottom of safari (possibly the + sign) and it should say "add link to home screen". I wouldnt know for sure since my freakin iphone broke about a week ago.

    That would be great, but in the meantime download the free AOL Radio app. There is an all Pearl Jam station on there. They play everything and tons of boots and a lot of old ones before the bootleg program started. Theres even cover artwork for each song playing. I've had this app for a few years and use it regularly.

    Go to Safari, put in 75.102.43.202/live

    hit the plus sign then Add to Home Screen

    Name it something and hit Add.

    I don't have an iphone, or a Blackberry. I have an old school Nokia, my 1st phone that even has a camera, MP3, radio & can go on the net but I would LOVE to be able to listen to PJRadio on it!!!!!!!!!! :D

    I did add it to my homepage on my iPhone but it does not tell you information on the song...like what show it is from, etc.

    I really hope Pearl Jam makes an official app for their radio station like AOL and Pandora or adds it it their regular app.

    how did you get to the Plus Sign? once the page loads, it immediately launches QuickTime on my iPhone

    Hit Done while its loading Quicktime and it should being you back to Safari.

    I must be missing something, because it never "loads" in Safari, so when I come back to Safari and hit the plus, I get the last page loaded...

    open up a new page and put the address in, when u go back it should be there.
