Well, I guess if you mean live life to the fullest, try not to have regrets, even though that's REALLY hard, and try to use everything you do as a learning experience and not get too hung up in everything (again, even though that's REALLY hard), and then be ok with the idea that one day you ARE going to die, then yeah......I think along those lines.
Do you ever find yourself totally spazzing out over the stupidest things, and then wake up a couple of days later and wonder who took over your body and mind for that time, and why on earth you would do/say those things?0 -
Yes, often equates to hormones though. Every month in my early/mid 20's I used to pack and leave my other half for reasons that seemed completely justified at the time but a few days later realised I'd been a complete idiot.
