Glad to hear that you're relieved the problem's been addressed, but was all that whining and shouting really necessary? Is there something in the goods section right now that's gonna sell out really quickly that I don't know about? How about, you know, emailing them that you have a problem and then waiting for them to fix it? You said that you don't think the 10C treats it's customers like people.
