i was thinking today, about all you's going to berlin, and the ten year anniversary. and thinking, what if the band came out on stage, and before the intro, had a minutes silence in honour of the nine lost souls.
just a thought.Glasgow cathouse-1992-2-23, San diego sports arena-1995-11-06 & 07, Glasgow secc-2000-06-03, Tampa st petes times forum-2003-04-13, London O2 arena-2009-08-18, Belfast odyssey arena-2010-06-23.Leeds 2014 - 07-080 -

hahahahaha! i know soooo well what you mean, Leanne! It is really a little, a tiny little bit scaring, but sure not in the negative way. I'm a tour virgin, too. Saw PJ twice now, but just one show in one year, 2006 and 2009, both in Berlin of course. But NOW its gonna be TOTALLY DIFFERENT, 5 shows in a row, with friends i never met before (though it dont feels like that at all). Supposedly hundreds of people will cross my path, lots of them i'll never forget again, all the excitement, traveling through 4 countrys for 5 shows, all the visual and acoustic impressions, the fun and joy that comes with it...things i never experienced before. I am damn curious what happens on that journey! But i am totally unaware of what happens, so there's quite a "scary" thought about it - to explore the unkown is not a thing i do every day, not in that intensity
So: wellcome to my small world, all you guys! Because of you it will grow bigger and bigger :thumbup:0 -

Its the short for "Großvater" (...OK, Opa has nothing to do with the word Großvater except the letters "o" and "a" which they have in common
but it means Opa and almost everyone calls his granddad Opa
) Oh, and our grandma is "Oma"
fine, and old Yvi is going to get rid of the smell of the all-day-wonderful-sun-on-her-skin now, off to take a shower0 -

I don't think Opa means anything here, though if we start shouting it in Germany we may get a few funny looks from the sound of it!2009 - Manchester. 2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London, Berlin, Arras, Werchter. 2011 - PJ20 i & ii, Montreal, Toronto i & ii, Ottawa, Hamilton.
