I work at a UPS Store, don't give into their 25 bucks for box and packaging, a picture frame box cost them 3 to 4 dollars and packaging material is another 5 at the very most, so they are making 17-18 bucks a box off of everybody.

If I could find these boxes and peanuts easily without needing to buy a ton of them to offset the shipping of them, then I'd agree. I'm prepared to eat the $25 for the box/packaging for multiple-orders per person.
...is there somewhere to get just a handful of 27x33x7 boxes and peanuts at the prices you mentioned? I wouldn't mind not spending $25 per box.

Too bad I'm missing out on this special offer. If next time you offer this poster frame special, I will have a car..Damn it
I'm sure I can leave your framing with either Joe2468 or a friend of mine, both located in Nassau County! It's next to Queens ya know!!
PM me your address... I'll see if it's a possibility on my way into the city before night 1.
i would be more then happy to help out ... i live in lindenhurst nassau/suffolk boarder ....im going to meet up with chris at hes place .... to pick up my frames ..
anybody got any pics to post of hoffs work? I am waiting on a couple over here that are going to be shipped. Wanted to see who's holding and how they turned out.
I'm all for framing these posters, they are awesome and all but I don't get the lengths people are willing to go to frame these things...I love my posters, I have 6 framed, but I paid less than $50 each for these prints...meaning I paid less than $300 for all 6. Why on earth are people spending over $200 per frame to frame a $50 poster? Spend $1200 to frame $300 worth of posters?
I want to keep these things for a long time, but my God just be smart about your framing...don't hang them in direct sunlight, over a fire place, near a moist environment, etc....you can go online and get everything you need to frame these for less than $75 per print....You don't get whatever high tech, anti-glare, anti-laser, bullet deflecting micro glass these frame shops sell you on, but you get a nice piece of clear plexi glass and nice, modern, simply looking frame....Framing isn't rocket science....
Now if you have something one of kind, or want a ticket stub or something framed with a poster it gets complicated and you probably need a pro to make it look right...but otherwise...why spend all the money having these things professionally done?
Not hating on the professional framers, you guys do great work and people are obviously willing to pay you to frame their prints....just letting everyone else know that, there is a more affordable way to do the prints, and in my view they look just as good as any professional....as a matter of fact, the parts and frames you get when you order online are the exact same parts 99% of the framers are using for the frame itself...you are really just paying to have them put the print in there and send it back to you....

I'm sure I can leave your framing with either Joe2468 or a friend of mine, both located in Nassau County! It's next to Queens ya know!!
PM me your address... I'll see if it's a possibility on my way into the city before night 1.
