LOL... tottally forgot about it! thanks for the reminder. at least ill gain an hour coming back. We forgot it once going to Grand Rapids for a show and were nearly late.
I was at the Grand Rapids show also. I forgot about the change on way back to Chicago. Way better than forgetting on the way there.
I do believe Indiana is one of those states that does not have a time change.0 -

Have a room booked at Super 8, but I can cancel w/o penalty and I'm seriously looking at the Sleepybear Campground. There's just two of us (and we love camping) so it'd be cheaper...no worries on driving once we get in town.
Can anyone provide any background/thoughts on the place? Looks like a big party, which we're good with.
Thanks,
Jason0 -

I am camping at Sleepybear for the show. I haven't been to Deer Creek in about 5 years. Last time I was, I camped at a different place. Sleepybear looks even closer though, which is a plus for the walk to and from. It was almost like tailgating the whole day. A pretty fun time. A lot of people just sitting in lawn chairs drinking and listening to music. Better than sitting in a hotel room in my opinion. That is as long as it's not raining.I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side0 -

If there is a chance you can cancel your Super 8 reservation without penalty closer to the date of the show you would at least assure yourself a dry spot in case it is raining.
Otherwise, camping at Sleepybear is always a super good time! Big Party, everything including venue and pre-party are walking distance so no stress! You will have a super good time at Sleepybear, without a doubt!!"Please help me to help you, help yourself." EV0 -

Very good point! Indiana does have a time change now, so everyone check your time schedules if traveling!!"Please help me to help you, help yourself." EV0 -

Plan to be there with 10 other die-hards as well; we are all from Indy, but have seen shows other places. Chicago last year was sweet, but this is a Friday nite and the 1st show in 7 years here, so you know how excited IN is.
Have my 2 tix thru 10c, not sure they will be great seats though.
Need additional pavillion tix, probably up to 4, but would consider 2 if anyone has some avail, let me know.
Brian-Indy.....................I am mine..............
I'm starting early, 2-7pm at Mo's. No tent yet, stupid rules at Hamilton Town Center where Mo's is located, but I haven't given up yet!!"Please help me to help you, help yourself." EV0 -

Cause I'd like to park over there early, grab my tix at will call, then hustle over to Mo's. Do we know a rough start time for Mo's?
I've got some of this info from someone I know that works at Deer Creek.
Show starts at 7:30
Parking for the show (not ticket pickup) opens at 5:00
Gates open at 6:00
The box office and ticket pickup times haven't been announced yet but she said it's usually pretty early in the day and they will have separate parking for that so you can grab your ticket and then head over to Mo's. I'm taking off work at noon and going to try to head over and pickup my tickets then.
I think the pre-party at Mo's is starting sometime around 3:00.
Hope this info helps. See you all there, can't wait for this show!
Excellent info, I'll post this on the first page. Party starts at 2, earlier the better-right?"Please help me to help you, help yourself." EV0 -
SOLAT319 wrote:Anyone going to pick up ticket/preparty from Hotel Indigo? May need to catch a ride with someone.
I know there are quite a few people staying there, I wouldn't sweat it. Just hang out in the lobby and you'll catch a ride pretty easy."Please help me to help you, help yourself." EV0 -
Leaving from Cincinnati at about Noon... Hopefully hitting the ticket office first to get our tix, then checking into our hotel at the Cambria Suites. Be at the party by 3 or 4pm if all goes to plan!!!0

Do we know what time the actual raffle will start at the pre-party? Hope to be in town (from Columbus) by 2 p.m....we're going to swing down to Indy for lunch on the way. Oh yeah, according to the Sleepy Bear campground (which we reserved yesterday) it's $25/person for camping, not $20.0

how about a drink special at Mo's? hell, we are going to pack that place, they can atleast throw us a all-you-can-drink special for like $30-$35 for 3-7pm that day. with $5-$10 going towards charity. That would not only be very cool, but it seems like its the right thing to do. Bump this motherF**ker up!
Bring the news cameras in there, free publicity. Man, It's like it has to happen now!0 -
Is there a facebook page for the pre-party?0

I'm cool with the idea of a drink special as long as Guiness is part of the deal.I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side06.27.98 Alpine Valley
